From the desk of Santa Claus

Workshop Lane, The North Pole

Dear Maya,

Ho ho ho! The snow is piled high outside my workshop window tonight, and I just finished reading the newest page in my big book about you. My, what a year you've had!

Dasher told me you learned to ride your bike without training wheels this summer. He was so impressed that he tried to ride one too, and let's just say reindeer hooves and pedals do not mix. You were much braver than he was!

The elves in the drawing room have pinned one of your horse pictures above their workbench. They say the mane looks like it's blowing in the wind. Keep drawing, Maya. Every artist starts exactly where you are.

I also noticed how hard you've been trying to be patient with your little brother Leo. That's one of the kindest things a big sister can do, and I believe in you completely. Please give Biscuit a scratch behind the ears from me.

Mrs. Claus and I will be watching the sky over Columbus on Christmas Eve. Until then, keep being the curious, kind girl you are.

With love and a jingle,

Santa Claus

P.S. Leave a carrot out for Dasher. He's still sore about the bike.

Questions

How personal is the letter?
Every letter is written fresh from the details you type: your child's name, age, what they did this year, what they love and who's in the family. No two letters are the same, and you read it before you pay.
What do I get?
A two-page printable PDF: the letter from Santa (US Letter size) and a Nice List certificate with your child's name. You download it right after paying, and we email you the link. $2.99, one-time, or $14.99 printed and mailed to you.
Can you mail it?
Yes. For $14.99 (US addresses, shipping included) we print the letter and certificate in color and mail them in an envelope by USPS First-Class, sent by December 10, and you get the PDF right away too. If we can't mail it by then, you're refunded in full automatically. Or choose the $2.99 PDF and print it at home tonight.
What if I don't like it?
Write as many free previews as you like (up to 5 a day). If something is wrong with a letter you paid for, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix or refund it.
What do you do with my child's details?
We use them only to write the letter, keep them for 30 days so you can download again, then delete them. We ask for a first name only, never photos, surnames or addresses.
Who writes the letters?
Each letter is written with AI from the details you give, following strict rules for kind, age-appropriate wording (no promised presents, no naughty-list threats). You read the opening before you buy, and we fix anything that isn't right.
